Notefully Terms and Conditions

Notefully aims to be a business you not only take pleasure in dealing with, but one that you will also go on to recommend. The stationery pieces are created with care and consideration, each catering for the individual client. To maintain a service that is efficient and reflective of your particular stationery need, it is important correct procedure is followed. Please read below all terms and conditions, typing in your name/s at the end and attaching to a return e-mail.


The Checklist
All booked in jobs follow a procedure outlined in the checklist including:

Reordering at a later date
If by chance you need more pieces printed once you have obtained your order, a minimum spend of $30 must be made to Notefully. If your order does not come up to $30, the remaining money can be made into a 3 month credit notice for your future stationery needs. As outlined in the e-mail referring to your guest lists, Notefully recommends a few invites without guest names printed for any ‘last-mintues’ or ‘oops-forgottens’. This will minimize your need for reprints. Please be aware also that new stock may have to be ordered in, creating a wait of up to 2 weeks for any extra pieces required.


Stationery printing timeframes
Once a decision has been made in regards to your stationery, you will be sent The Checklist. Once all submissions have been made by the client, as outlined in The Checklist, Notefully will have a 1st proof sent out within 3 business days. Any requested changes that are then e-mailed to Notefully will result in the 2nd proof which will take 1 business day (the same time frame applies for the 3rd proof) After the client has signed off on the artwork using the print approval document and confirmed the guest list, Notefully will have your stationery completed within 2 weeks. However, if you require more than the original amount ordered, please be aware this could create a further wait on the job being completed as it may be necessary for extra stock to be ordered in. In the unfortunate circumstance where a supplier can no longer provide the matching card/paper for the extra pieces, Notefully will assist you in choosing
a similar stock. You cannot change the stock for the whole job as the card/paper will have been ordered in specifically for you, and the suggestion is to always order a few extra's at the beginning of the process.

If your job is needed more urgently, this can be catered for and dates will be worked out with the client to suit their time frame. Any job needing completion under 1 week, will incur an extra $50 plus any additional freight fees caused by express delivery of the stock. Please be aware that any last minute orders may result in the unavailability of desired stock and therefore the need to choose different paper or card.


Refunds, Repairs & Exchanges
It is imperative that you read your invoice correctly to ensure that what you ordered is clearly described. There are no refunds on stationery that matches the invoice description even if you insist it is not what you had ordered.A refund will be given on any stock ordered that is damaged or does not match the quality of a previous sample viewed or sold. Please note, however, that colour can vary slightly in different batches of the same stock and this is not considered to be an item of less quality. In circumstances where colour variation occurs and you are unhappy with the product, an exchange of goods can be organised. In regards to print jobs, if a stock arrives with a slight colour difference from a previously viewed sample, a consultant will contact you before commencing the order.

Refunds are not given simply because you have changed your mind – therefore any deposits that have been paid will be forfeited if you decide to cancel the job. You can however use the deposit for a 3 month credit notice (minus a 10% fee of the order for the initial service and if proofing had commenced, there will be some money allocated to the design time) Exchanges on stock (not on created stationery) can be given or alternatively a credit note issued if the receipt is produced and the goods are returned in good condition. Any typing, spelling or formatting errors discovered after print approval has been given are deemed the responsibility of the client and if another print run is necessary, this is done at the cost of the customer. Please be aware also that new stock will have to be ordered in, creating a wait of up to 2 weeks. Any error made by Notefully, that does not match the signed print approval, in regards to printing or assembling will be reprinted by Notefully at no extra cost to the customer. No printing will commence until print approval has been given. Please check everything very, very carefully!


Ordering Stock only
Notefully can order in stock for you and is happy to assist in the numbers you'll need of each item to create your desired look. Upon ordering, full payment of the goods is required. You will be notified as soon as the stock is available to be collected or when it has been posted to you (if you require shipping). If in the process of ordering, you decide you no longer need the goods, you can be issued with a 3 month credit notice (minus a 10% fee of the order for the initial service). If the stock is found to be unavailable for whatever reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the money.

 

Printed orders
As each individual piece of stationery is handmade, it is important to keep in mind, that while all care is taken, not every piece may be identical. Notefully aims to provide quality in all aspects of the stationery process and will happily replace an individual piece if a client communicates the problem and can show that the piece is unsatisfactory.

 

Delivery of orders
All shipping of orders will be done through Australia Post (unless the client arranges a personal courier). Costs will depend on size/weight of order and registered/express post. Delivery to Narre Warren South and local surrounding areas will be charged a $10.00 transport fee and will be directly delivered to your door at a time suitable to client and consultant.
